Your role as a Service Manager

For our clients, you act as the commercial strategic partner who understands the needs and opportunities of customers in the high-tech and manufacturing industries. TRIMM primarily works with B2B clients like Nexperia, Signify, Demcon, Mitsubishi Chemical Group, KLM, and 247TailorSteel. You will be closely involved in optimizing the customer relationship and can translate commercial opportunities into valuable and actionable activities for the team.

As a Service Manager, you hold a key position within the organization, responsible for managing and optimizing service contracts with clients for our digital solutions. The Service Manager ensures the highest quality of service, maintains relationships with existing clients, ensures compliance with contractual agreements, and provides input for contract renewals and upsell opportunities. You are confident and capable of inspiring and leading the service desk team to provide the support customers need within the agreed contracts.

What will you do?

As a Service Manager, you will be the driving force behind our commercial proposition in contract management. Your responsibilities include:

  • Managing and optimizing service contracts.
  • Ensuring profitable contracts and up-to-date contract documentation.
  • Reporting on KPIs and identifying new commercial opportunities for clients.
  • Coaching and guiding the service desk team.
  • Coordinating execution according to agreed SLAs.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service.
  • Actively working on customer satisfaction and value-enhancing initiatives.

What do we expect from you?

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong commercial and strategic skills.
  • Excellent command of Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Experience with project management and team leadership.
  • Affinity with software development is a plus.
  • Willingness to be present at the office frequently.
