Part-time Job Servicedesk (12-16 hrs/w)
We are looking for a working student for our Service Desk! Would you enjoy being the central point of contact for customers, partners, and colleagues? Then this is a great part-time job for you!
This is what you are going to do
At the Service Desk, you’ll be in direct contact with our customers, partners, and colleagues. For example, you’ll handle incoming contact requests and manage various types of incidents. You’ll work to understand what the customer needs and ask the right questions to clarify their request. All relevant information is recorded in our system, and you ensure that all incidents are addressed and resolved correctly and on time. This puts you in contact with every department within the organization.
Additionally, the Service Desk handles many of TRIMM’s facility management tasks, from setting up lunches for customers to booking rental cars, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
In the long term, you’ll also take on technical support requests for our customers. Tasks may include updating content on customer websites, managing user accounts in portals, and creating reports. These are just a few examples of the variety of tasks that come your way each day. No two days are the same, which is exactly what makes working at the Service Desk so interesting!
Our Service Desk operates Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Staffing is organized into different shifts, covered by both part-time and full-time team members. This setup offers a high degree of flexibility, making it easy to align your work schedule with the demands of your studies.
We are looking for someone who can commit to 12 or 16 hours per week:
- 16 hours/week: Two shifts from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
- 12 hours/week: One shift from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM and one shift from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
It’s also worth noting that we are particularly looking for team members who are available on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday evenings.
Who are you?
You are curious, eager to learn, and not afraid to try new things and grow from the experience. You are proactive and can work independently. Equally important, you are fluent in both Dutch and English, as we collaborate with many international clients.
In addition:
- You can prioritize effectively and adapt quickly when a new request requires higher urgency.
- You have an affinity for IT and are looking to deepen your technical knowledge. Programming skills are not required for this role.
- You are curious about the world of a full-service digital agency.
- You value a positive work environment and enjoy contributing to it with your personality.
What do we have to offer you?
