What are you going to do?

You will function as an advisor who can deeply understand the complex business of our clients. TRIMM primarily works with B2B clients in the high-tech and manufacturing industries. You are closely involved in the innovation processes on the client side and can translate the client’s business needs for the team.

As a digital project manager, you will be a member of an autonomously operating team with significant experience in web-based development. Your main role within this team is to act as a bridge between the account managers and the team. You are confident, and coordinating critical professionals is no problem for you. You know how to inspire them and help them excel in their expertise for the respective client project. You ensure that the team delivers on time and within budget and effectively organize stakeholders with your communication skills. As a digital project manager at TRIMM, you can expect to be involved in various parallel-running projects. You will also be part of a group of project managers working together on the professional development of teams and the broader TRIMM organization. Due to the nature of the role, you will be frequently present in the office and available for the team.

What do we expect from you?

  • You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role;
  • You have strong analytical skills. You can communicate ideas decisively with the client and the team;
  • You work systematically and have strong logistical skills;
  • You have affinity and experience with agile project methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban;
  • Due to the international nature of the team, you have excellent command of the English language in addition to Dutch;
  • If you have experience with product or software development, that is definitely a plus;
  • Another plus: you are a Certified Scrum Master.
