TRIMM is looking for a driven and committed strategist to work in a diverse team full of specialists to grow our clients in their set goals, optimize collaboration and build the account. Are you ready to make an impact in a dynamic environment? Then this position is for you!

What will you do?

You work project-based with clients and the TRIMM team. Acting as an advisor, you thoroughly understand the complex business of our clients and focus on strategies and tactics for large campaigns. You are a true sparring partner for our B2B clients, with the right knowledge and expertise to develop a strategic digital marketing plan together with the client and the TRIMM team.

Our clients are all B2B organizations, primarily in the high-tech manufacturing sector, with a broad range of products and services. You are constantly learning and adapting as you immerse yourself in the unique domain of each client and give their marketing efforts a fresh twist. It’s a plus if you have experience or an interest in the high-tech manufacturing business.

Your tasks:

  • Act as a sparring partner and strategic advisor for B2B clients, helping them develop digital marketing strategies;
  • Collaborate with clients and the TRIMM team to create and implement detailed digital marketing plans;
  • Translate strategic plans into concrete, actionable tactics in collaboration with a team of digital marketing professionals;
  • Bring bold new ideas that enhance clients' marketing efforts;
  • Guide clients and junior professionals within TRIMM, working together to create unique strategies that align with client needs;
  • Lead and be responsible for projects such as product launches, rebranding efforts, and advisory projects in preparation for new development phases.

Who are you?

  • You have a completed bachelor’s or master’s degree and at least 8 years of experience in the marketing field and/or experience managing and executing (digital) marketing projects;
  • You enjoy coaching young professionals in the team, sharing your experience and knowledge, and guiding them through your approach;
  • You have strong analytical skills, see opportunities, and can communicate ideas in a decisive way with both the client and the team;
  • You are stress-resistant and can quickly switch between different stakeholders;
  • You speak the language of digital and have sufficient knowledge of commonly used digital marketing tools and social media channels;
  • You are someone with a strong personality. You stand your ground and make decisions confidently;
  • Due to the international nature of the team, you are proficient in English in addition to Dutch;
  • At TRIMM, you have the space to chart your own path and that of your clients. You are a go-getter who seizes the opportunity to bring out the best in yourself and your clients;
  • We expect you to be present at our office in Enschede at least 3 days per week.
