Digital project manager Application maintenance (32-40 h/w)

TRIMM is looking for a digital project manager for the Application maintenance team.
If you already have some experience in managing (digital) projects and ticket handling, this job could be excellent next step in your career.

What will you do?

You will work in a team that deals with the maintenance of the delivered projects of TRIMM. In addition, this team also picks up short-term digital projects. Projects may include migrations, assessments, content and campaign websites, subsidy/marketing websites.

As project manager of this all-round team, your focus is on prioritizing work (tickets vs project work) and you are responsible for team and capacity planning. In addition, you ensure that the team can perform optimally and you know how to coach and support the team in this. Working together with the account and service manager is also an important part of your role. With them you seek regular coordination and you look at the billability of your team and the profitability of contracts. You are also part of a group of fellow project managers who work together on the professional development of the teams and TRIMM as an organization across the board. Due to the nature of the role you will be in the office a lot and available to the team.

Towards our customers you act as an advisor who can understand the complex business of the customer. TRIMM works mainly with B2B customers in the high-tech and manufacturing business. You will be actively involved in the innovation processes with our clients and have the ability to translate their business needs for the team.

Who are you?

  • You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role;
  • You have strong analytical skills. You can communicate ideas in a decisive way to the client and the team;
  • You work systematically and are logistically strong;
  • You have affinity and experience with agile project methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban;
  • Because of the international nature of the team, you have an excellent command of English in addition to Dutch;
  • If you have experience with product or software development, that is definitely a plus;
  • Another plus: you are a Certified Scrum Master.
