What will you do?
As a Digital Project Manager at TRIMM, you are the steady anchor of our digital marketing operations. You remain calm under tight deadlines and, together with your team and clients, turn their digital dreams into reality.
Our clients range from top tech companies to innovative manufacturers, and you understand their world like no one else. Whether it's optimizing an existing workflow or managing an entirely new project, you know what it takes to exceed expectations. You coordinate, motivate, and monitor progress. You seamlessly interact with sales and finance—always ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and beyond expectations.
At TRIMM, you’ll work closely with creative and technical teams. Yes, we love Scrum and Kanban, but above all, we value someone who knows which methodology works best in each situation. You’re the gatekeeper who keeps an eye on deadlines, maintains oversight, and ensures the team delivers its best work. With your clear communication, you manage client expectations effectively and confidently address challenges in a constructive manner.
Together with a driven group of project managers at TRIMM, you continuously strive for improvement, making each project better than the last. You achieve this by learning from each other and remaining open to optimizing processes and communication.
Who are you?
- At least 3 years of experience in project management? Check!
- Sharp organizational skills that turn chaos into control? Double check!
- Previous experience with Scrum or Kanban, and you’re completely in your element using them;
- Digital marketing lingo as your second nature? Definitely a bonus;
- Communication—the foundation for every project’s success, delivered flawlessly in both Dutch and English;
- Oh, and a bit of humor and your own perspective are absolutely appreciated!
